What Are Kingspan Composite Panels?
Kingspan composite panels are factory manufactured insulated sandwich panels, combining pre-painted steel outer skins with a rigid QuadCore® insulation core. The QuadCore® insulation achieves a thermal conductivity (λ) of 0.018 W/mK, making it one of the highest performing insulation cores available in a composite panel system.
Panels are available in a 1000mm width, in lengths of up to 29m, and across a range of thicknesses to meet specific U-value and building regulation requirements.
They can be used in both horizontal and vertical orientations, and are suitable for roof pitches of 4° or more after deflection. CE marked to BS EN 14509:2013 and manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards, Kingspan composite panels are a trusted, thoroughly accredited solution.
